Another lockdown walk during a lovely period of snow and sunshine in January 21. This little scene looking up the Cairnbridge road leading to a bridal path, between Great Corby and Burnrigg really appealed to me.

I am always a sucker for any view that is filled with light and shade and this is no exception. I love the play of warm light that was coming through the gateway and creating a stab of sunlight snow. The warm light against the cold shadows is just my thing
