I am lucky to be part of a group of artists, organisations and venues based in the North Lakes and Eden Valley and follow the concept that an artistic network should be friendly, welcoming and inviting, EVAN is an inclusive organisation and welcomes all artists, from those just starting out on the artistic path to those who are creative professionals.

Its Goals are:

to support the development of local artists, creating pathways to progress

to provide opportunities for local artists to show and market their work, connecting them with the local and tourist communities

o create opportunities for networking and socialising

to provide a professional development scheme for local working artists

to provide a mentoring scheme for artistic endeavour

Inaugural Evan Art Trail and Open Studio Event

The inaugural Eden Valley Art Trail went ahead on a really hot weekend with most artist seeing visitors. This event can only grow as it becomes better known and our promotions improve. Many lessons were learned and ideas will be implemented for next year.
